Tim Oshima has worked in the employee benefit management industry for over 20 years. He has a diverse background working at health care management companies, as a consultant at a national HR consulting organization and in benefits administration for McKesson Corporation.
Tim is a Certified Employee Benefits Professional (CEBS) and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). He serves as a Board Chair for the East Bay Chapter of the Northern California Human Resources Association (NCHRA). He is on the board of the Contra Costa County Employer Advisory Council (CCC EAC) and on the Health Care and Small Business Task forces of the Contra Costa Council.
