Please join us on Tuesday, April 21, 2015, for our seminar Stand up to Harassment!
This seminar satisfies the training requirement (California government code 12950) for large employers (50+ employees) to offer prevention training  every 2 years and within 6 months of a supervisor/manager being in position.   It’s also a great preventive measure for employers of all sizes.  The seminar will run a full 2 hours from 8-10…Certificates of attendance will be available upon request.

  Stand Up to Harassment

 Janett will give an extensive interactive training and education session on harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.   The training includes practical guidance concerning federal and state laws regarding harassment and discrimination, the prohibition of retaliation, the types of prohibited conduct, how to prevent and correct harassment (sexual and otherwise), and the remedies available to a victim of such harassment.

Speaker:
