No one wants some dry presentation that numbs us to the core so that we learn nothing from the speaker.
Which is why we asked a spirited speaker – Barbara Trumbly – to provide us with information in a fun (if it’s possible) way to involve the audience so that we all learn more about a dry subject.
State and federal law provide for more than a dozen types of protected leaves (it’s actually closer to 2-dozen, but who’s counting?) This includes FMLA, CFRA, PDL, as well as disability leave provided as a reasonable accommodation.
