As President and Co-founder of Jazz Business Consulting, Jody Bagno-Dill specializes in aligning business leaders and their teams in order to conquer great goals. She has worked as a second set of hands to create and implement growth strategies for a variety of industries, including Insurance, Construction. Manufacturing, Hospitality and of course, the music industry, where the name Jazz Business Consulting originated.
Her area of expertise focuses on resolving the drama, distrust and conflict that sabotage growth. With humor and insight, she shares compelling stories of facilitating difficult conversations between leaders and employees, staff and co-workers, as well as working with at-risk youth and former gang members in the inner city. In 2012, she was invited to participate in conversations throughout Israel and Palestine, supporting organizations working to resolve the conflict in the Middle East.
Jody leverages her degrees in Business and Psychology from CSU-Chico and her certifications in Executive Coaching, Guerrilla Marketing® and Personalities® training to find the most effective ways to help leaders achieve their vital objectives.
